Responsibilities

  • This role is responsible for driving measurable revenue growth through paid acquisition, website optimization, funnel improvements, and technical execution
  • You will manage external agencies and developers while also contributing directly to website, design, analytics, and growth initiatives
  • This is a hands-on role for someone who thinks like an owner and is comfortable both leading strategy and executing improvements directly
  • Own and scale revenue growth across paid search, SEO, website conversion, and digital channels
  • Analyze funnel performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements
  • Continuously improve conversion rate, lead quality, and customer acquisition efficiency
  • Develop and execute growth experiments to increase revenue and profitability

  • Directly contribute to website improvements, landing pages, and funnel optimization
  • Work within ecommerce platforms, CMS systems, and analytics tools to implement changes

We are a profitable, rapidly growing B2B ecommerce and industrial technology company seeking a highly analytical, technical Head of Growth to own and scale our digital growth engine. This role is responsible for driving measurable revenue growth through paid acquisition, website optimization, funnel improvements, and technical execution. You will manage external agencies and developers while also contributing directly to website, design, analytics, and growth initiatives. This is a hands-on role for someone who thinks like an owner and is comfortable both leading strategy and executing improvements directly.
